Benjamin Yates

Ben is a director, educator, music director, and a Youth/Music Minister. He has over a decade of experience in musical theater performance and training youth in the arts. He studied at Seton Hall University where he graduated with a B.A. in Theatre Performance.


He has performed, directed, music directed, stage managed, and taught with companies all over the continent such as his family’s own Yates Musical Theatre, in addition to Missoula Children's Theatre, Stars Within Reach Productions, Aspire Performing Arts Company, Little Victory Theatre, Paper Mill Playhouse, Rhino Theatre Group, StageWorks Theatre, Star Royle Theatre, Pelham Children’s Theater, and Faith Center for the Arts.


Ben was also Performing Arts Program Director at Camp Weequahic in Lakewood, PA, spent five years working as a teacher and Education Associate in the Paper Mill Playhouse’s Education Department, and served as the StageWorks Education Director. He currently is a director, teacher, and administrator at Faith Center for the Arts.


Ben’s directorial productions include Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella, Bonnie and Clyde, The Lightning Thief, Little Women, The Wizard of Oz, 42nd Street, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, James and the Giant Peach, and most recently Into the Woods. Most importantly, Ben is one of 6 kids of the greatest mom and dad in the world. He thanks them and God, for everything!

Becci Tank

Associate Artistic Director & Communication Coordinator

Born and raised along the border of Washington and Idaho, Becci is an actress, singer, dancer, director, and choreographer. She holds a BA in Theatre with a concentration in directing and producing, as well as a Minor in Musical Theatre from Montclair State University. 


Becci is proud to be the God Daughter of Broadway alumna Michele McConnell, who has served as both her vocal coach and mentor. She has also been mentored by and interned with Broadway Dreams, where she had the opportunity to work closely with Matthew Scott, Mimi Scardulla, Michele Lynch, Luke Hawkins, and Christopher J. Hanke.

Recent credits include playing Sandy in Grease at Brundage Park Playhouse, under the direction of Anna Gelpke, and serving as the director and choreographer for Footloose this past winter. Becci also shares her talents as a cantor at Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church in Wayne, NJ.
